Depending on your request, this may include your name, phone number, email address, property and transaction details, your questions, and the content of the conversation. Our phone service creates a transcript and summary to help answer your inquiry and document your communication preferences. SMS records include your consent, messages, and opt-out requests.
We use this information to provide the services you request, calculate estimates, communicate agreed next steps, and manage your contact preferences. We use service providers for our website, phone service, customer records, quote calculation, and message delivery. Information needed to perform those services may be processed by those providers.

During your call, confirm that the number you are calling from is a mobile number that can receive text messages and agree to receive a recap. We document your response in the call transcript. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number or calling us alone does not enroll you.
You will receive a recap only for a call in which you request one. A recap may arrive in more than one text segment. The number of recaps depends on the calls for which you consent. Recaps can include your name, callback number, reason for calling, a preliminary estimate actually discussed, and agreed next steps. This program does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. If you confirm yes, we ask: “Would you like Contract Close to text you a recap of this call? It's optional, and message and data rates may apply. We wait for an explicit yes and document your answer. If the number is not mobile, consent is declined or unclear, or SMS is blocked, we do not send a recap. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
